Jan Davidsz de Heem The Rembrandt of Flowers (1606-1684) Jan Davidsz de Heem  is one of the greatest Baroque painters in northern Europe.  He excelled in his art with an intense sensitivity in the composition of his works.  With her flamboyant flowers, populated by a few insects and butterflies, everything comes back to life in her subtly restored works, in particular on the porcelain of Art decorated by hand.  Most of these pieces are also limited editions,  to the delight of collectors. Jan Davidsz de Heem is widely collected in France, notably in the Museums of Rouen, Grenoble, Bordeaux, Agen, Montpellier and, of course, at the Louvre in Paris.
